Steindler is excited to welcome Evan Heer, PA-C to the team! Evan attended Clarke University in Dubuque, Iowa for his bachelorโs degree in biology and a minor in writing. He also completed paramedic certification at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. Evan then traveled to Billings, Montana to earn his masterโs degree in physician assistant studies at Rocky Mountain College.
In his free time, Evan enjoys spending time with his family, going for walks with his golden retriever, playing guitar, fishing, cooking, and traveling.

We are happy to welcome Laura Wood to the Steindler team! Laura is an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner and she will be working alongside our physician assistants to care for our patients!
She attended the University of North Carolina at Asheville for her bachelorโs degree in biology. Laura came to Iowa and attended Kirkwood Community College for her associateโs degree in nursing, and then Allen College in Waterloo for her master of science in nursing.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, running, hiking, playing guitar, and traveling!
