Zen Den Yoga, located on the east side of Iowa City, provides Vinyasa, Power Yoga, Slow Flow, Prenatal, Kids yoga, and Pilates classes, as well as various workshops and teacher trainings. Mondays:
5:30am-6:30am Vinyasa
