Integrity - the quality of being honest, having strong moral principles, and consistently adhering to them - brings me to confront a popular post circulating about the WHO (World Health Organization) and Sound Healing. I too have liked the post myself; so don't feel ashamed if you have liked or shared the post.
I fact checked the post - while MANY of the claims in the post CAN BE scientifically proven, the actual document claiming to be created by the WHO in March of 2026 can not be verified and is unlikely to be true. That being said I am linking an article from the National Library of Medicine that speaks about "ancient" practices resurfacing and their benefits - including Sound Therapy.
I KNOW this might not be popular to debunk social media posts, BUT Integrity is a foundation of my person and I challenge EVERYONE to fact check for themselves, from trusted sources, especially when science is being applied to our ancient holistic practices. We (as a healing collective) don't need to give more ammunition to others working against us by perpetuating misinformation.
