We are so excited for this class! This educational course will lay out the heart and soul of Mantra Energy Center. Come learn what Mantra Energy Center is all about! In this course we will discuss the four menstrual cycles, the function of each cycle, a brief look into the endocrine system, and discuss the importance of cycle syncing & how it can improve your life. Attending this course will give you access to educational PDFs, a goodie bag from Mantra Energy Center, & tools for cycle syncing. Come learn how balancing your hormones can play a positive impact in all areas of your life!
