A massive thank you to my wonderful fellow instructors who stepped in to cover my classes while I was away soaking up every second with my grandkids (and meeting Nonna's newest little! 👶🏻🩷) It means the world to have such a supportive community, knowing my students were in such great hands.

My heart is so full, but I've missed my yoga family! I’ll be back in my usual spot this Sunday at the Beverly Athletic Club—I can't wait to see you on the mat!
