Our new Healing Trauma Women's Group will be starting January 25 from 6-8pm and meet weekly over 8 weeks.

The group is designed to support trauma education for women. This unique group incorporates a bottom up approach that uses somatic therapies.

Each group is designed to connect group members and better understand the body's response to trauma, violence, and mistreatment. Groups will also provide practical skills to use mindfulness in daily life.

Our approach uses evidenced based practices integrated from EMDR, psychoeducation, and polyvagal theory.

I’m thrilled to announce my women’s group (for ages 50+) will begin on Tuesday, January 31!

Group therapy is a great option for those of you looking to connect with others who share similar experiences.

This group is designed for older women, who are looking for a safe place to connect with other women and have stimulating conversations about a variety of topics that pertain to their lives.

Most of the women in this group are in their 50s, 60s and 70s. Some topics/issues to be discussed include: relationships across generations, redefining life’s purpose, personal style of living, caregiving and receiving care, dealing with health challenges and MORE!
