Thara enjoys exploring and cooking a variety of foods and makes it a point to include a traditional Kerala meal daily. Keeping her preferences in mind, we designed a meal plan that aligned with her tastes while focusing on portion control. We ensured she could still enjoy her favorite dishes like appam and chicken curry. Despite limited workouts due to her frozen shoulder, she maintained moderate activity levels and successfully lost 12 pounds overall!
THARA'S FEEDBACK: This has been one of the best decisions I've made, and I can't believe how much my life has improved. Since Covid, my lifestyle became very sedentary, and I gained a lot of weight. I had tried to lose weight on my own for 4 years without any success. Then, I joined the 12-week program with Arthi, and I can hardly believe I lost 12 pounds in just 12 weeks. I learned so much about food choices, grocery shopping, and different strength training routines. Due to a previous shoulder injury, I couldn't continue strength training for the full 12 weeks. I believe I could have lost even more weight if I had been able to do both strength training and follow the diet. I was initially concerned that the diet plans would change all of my eating habits, making me crave more food, which had been the cause of my past struggles with dieting. However, Arthi took the time to understand my eating habits and created a personalized meal plan that suited my tastes. This was the key to my success in sticking to the program for 12 weeks. I will definitely carry all that I’ve learned from this experience forward. Thanks, Arthi, without you, I wouldn't have been able to achieve this!
