Today, I want to shine a light on something truly special within our Sacred House of Eden community.

One of our cherished alumni, Benjamin Forest, a retired military officer turned coach, has penned a remarkable book inspired by his personal transformation during his time with us at Eden. Titled Trip of a Lifetime: The Psychedelic Guide to Healing, Loving, and Living, this beautifully crafted book encapsulates the insights, breakthroughs, and lessons Ben experienced on his journey at Eden, illuminating a path for his ongoing transformation.

I had the privilege of writing the foreword, where I delve into the deeper vision behind Eden and the healing work that binds us all together.

As we honor Veterans Day, it's a fitting moment to recognize Benjamin and the many veterans who continue to serve humanity through courage, healing, and self-discovery. His story is a testament to the strength required for transformation - the same strength that once served others in uniform, now turned inward toward peace and purpose.

We are immensely proud to witness how his journey continues to inspire others within our Eden community and beyond.

We are conditioned to take everything so seriously, especially healing. But it doesn't have to be that way! Not only does it not have to be that way, but it's also not even the best way! There is so much research out there that points to the inextricable link between play and emotional well-being. When we engage in play, we significantly boost or emotional well-being by reducing stress, fostering joy, and strengthening resilience. Go ahead - HAVE A LITTLE FUN! LET YOURSELF BE SILLY & PLAY!

We live in a world that constantly rewards speed and immediate results. A world addicted to instant gratification. Chasing the next dopamine fix. We often find ourselves rushing from one thing to the next, rarely taking a moment to pause, to reflect, to listen. We have been conditioned to believe that productivity is worth. To believe that meaning will come from how quickly we can accomplish our tasks.

But true meaning, true wisdom comes in the silence, in the stillness. It is when we quiet the noise and tune inward that we can hear the voice of The Creator, feel the Presence. It is in the stillness that we find clarity and truth - our truth. It is in the quiet listening that we touch a unified wholeness that surpasses all understanding.
