Topic of conversation today was the benefits of magnesium. It is essential for muscle/nerve function, bone health and energy production. It helps alleviate muscle cramps , improve sleep quality and can help reduce anxiety. Some signs of magnesium deficiency can include muscle cramps, fatigue, weakness and numbness.
