You can change your life by changing your thoughts. Emotions are energy. Gratitude is a high frequency while anger and fear are very low frequencies. Try this for a week and watch the words you use. Keep them positive and watch the universe flow towards you.

Botanicals are magical. They offer the adaptogens from nature that create alchemy within. The colors and shapes correspond to our energy centers and organs. The butterfly pea flower is a color to open up our throat, third eye and crown chakra. It balances the mind body and spirit and nervous system. My new lemonade. 🪷💮.
