Good morning.
With all that's going on in personal and community and work and country circles, it's so helpful to pause and take in what's right under our noses. What's the essence in your own being today? What's below the surface of the mind's thinking, analyzing, worrying, and lamenting?
Build resilience and stamina with simple somatic mindfulness practices.
For me, noticing what's right here in the body requires stillness and time to allow the mind to go off-duty. It doesn't have to be a long time; that's why I offer 25-minute gentle dives within on Thursdays at noon ET.
Today, I'll guide a blue star walk through the body, which focuses our awareness in the subtle body. I hope to see you there for a chance to let the mind and being rest, recover, and recuperate.
