Ithaca College Department of Physical Therapy www.ithaca.edu/pt Ithaca’s physical therapy program is one of the oldest and most prestigious in the country.

To meet the growing responsibilities and demands of this profession, we offer a six-year doctorate program. This curriculum results in a bachelor’s degree in clinical health studies and a professional doctorate in physical therapy. By the end of our program, you’ll be well prepared for the clinical, managerial, and educational roles of a physical therapy practitioner. On Saturday, May 3rd PT students and faculty joined with other students from HSHP to support the Parkinson’s Foundation Moving Day Walk at Stewart Park. Despite the pouring rain, it was a great opportunity to collaborate with our community to support those affected by Parkinson’s disease. The Finger Lakes Moving Day Walk raised over $50,000 that will be used to improve care for people with Parkinson’s disease and support ongoing research. 🩵
