Unwind, decompress, and reconnect with a class that blends The MELT Method with the restorative power of gentle yoga postures in the silk hammocks and deep stillness.

We’ll begin with gentle MELT Method techniques designed to hydrate your connective tissue, rebalance your nervous system, and release chronic tension from your body with soft tools like the soft roller and gentle myofascial release balls.

From there, you’ll transition into supported stretch and restorative poses using silk hammocks β€” allowing your body to open with gravity, not force.

Expect slow, mindful movement, and a calming emphasis on breath throughout. Your journey will end cocooned in the silk hammock, guided through a deeply restful Yoga Nidra meditation to promote full-body integration and mental ease.

On such a beautiful night, I decided to take a walk after teaching Mat Pilates. Notes of encouragement are always welcomed! Back at teaching ( substitute) Fascial Refresh ( MELT) tomorrow at Vellidan at 8:30am.

I'm not normally an early riser, so I need all the encouragement I can get. πŸ˜†
