I didn't realize how much I looked at the clock during teaching class, until I had to look at the bizarro clock during my classes today. I can't help but say, time flies when you're having fun!

This very timely level was wonderful in helping me recover from my knee injury and get a bit deeper into exploring the Front, Spiral and Lateral Myofascial lines that help further restore, improve, and sustain stability, neurological tone and efficiency.

Now that I have finished my training, I will certainly be adding these new moves and sequences into our MELT classes and the Stretch & Restore classes as needed.

Rebounding on Sunday at 12pm. I'll be teaching 100% on the floor while you bounce.

It's been a month out since I injured my knee and it's better. I tried teaching on the rebounder for a little bit of class last week, just to see how I'm healing, and it's coming along nicely, but I'm noticing that my body is still trying to protect it and falling into compensatory patterns. We had such a blast last week and we will again!

To continue to heal well - I'll be coaching you 100% from the floor.
