Funeral services for Mr. Gary Dewey Jack, age 83, will be held at 11 am on Friday, February 20, 2026, at East Union Baptist Church with Bro. Jeff Palmer and Bro. Dylan Wilson officiating. Visitation with the family will be held from 4-7 pm Thursday at East Union Baptist Church and from 10 until service time Friday.
Mr. Jack passed away on February 16, 2026, in Jackson, TN. He was born on July 5, 1942, in Theta, TN to the late Grady Dewey Jack and Tinie Baker Jack. He was preceded in death by his parents; first wife, Kay Walters Jack; sisters, Gloria Flowers and her husband Carlton, Ruby Jacobs and her husband Edward; brother, Donald Jack and his wife Peggy; brother in law, Albert Daniels.
Mr. Jack graduated from Spring Hill High School after being named class president for four years in a row.
Mr. Jack is survived by his wife, Judy Jack; son, Ronnie Jack; daughters, Teresa Johnson, Stacye Horton; sister, Iris Daniels; grandchildren, Courtney Brown (Aaron), Chad Johnson (Brittney Neisler), Cassie Moseley (Austin), Chase Johnson (Kelsey Myracle), Krystyna McKee; great grandchildren, Millie Kate Brown, Will Brown, Devin Johnson, Tate Neisler; special friend, Betty Sterling.
Pallbearers will be Chad Johnson, Chase Johnson, Aaron Brown, Austin Moseley, Keith Osteen, Sam Montque
Honorary Pallbearers will be Steve Brown, Chuck Nichols, Russ Carter, Buster Walters, Mike Walters, Al Plank, Winston Walters, Randy Flowers, Jans Hedrick.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to East Union Baptist Church (2244 Beech Bluff Road, Jackson, TN 38301).
