Oh my gosh! Can you believe another 6 weeks has passed since we started this drumming session! Seriously, time flies when we're having fun, right?! So, here's how it's gonna go.......please read in its entirety as this is important. We WILL be meeting on Monday, March 3rd from 6:15-6:45 pm only to do your body scans, measurements and photos. This will be important for those of you that started this 6 week session but, just as important for those starting the next session which begins the following night on Tuesday, March 4th at 6:00 pm. On Tuesday, we will be drumming as well as having a little bit of recognition! In order for us to help you get results, the body scan and wellness profile is a must! Please respond to this post if you will be joining us Monday evening and would like to join the next 6 week session!

Whoohooo! So excited to report that Debra Wetherbee and I completed the 30 day squat/crunch challenge ending with 250 squats and 150 crunches! Sooooo....what should we do next?! How about we do 100 crunches and 100 squats daily starting June 1st. But, we also add the 30 day Plank challenge....Come on, who's in with us this time?! You know you wanna! I mean....really....it's only 30 days! Just think of the results....or regrets!

Whooohooo!!!!! Are you ready for some exciting news?!.......Really? Ok...here it is!.....We just landed some space to hold our Cardio Drumming Classes! Our location will be 3204 Wildwood in the Airport Landing Plaza.....just East down the street from Divinity. For those of you that remember Nutrition Revolution, this space is in the unit next door (east) to that. AND.......drumroll please (no pun intended-LOL)....we'll be offering FREE intro to drumming classes this week.......TUES, WED, THURS AT 6:00 PM......You must register first as we have limited equipment! Please call us at 517-795-4680 to reserve your spot, or post it here! Please wear your exercise gear, bring a towel and a bottle of water with you! Also, please arrive 15 minutes early to sign your waiver. We plan to hold classes outdoors in the parking lot...weather permitting! Let's all DRUM to the beat! And, please....bring a friend or two or three!

Good morning, everyone! I am heading out of town this morning for a family funeral. Thanks to wonderful friends, the club will remain open. Today(Thursday) ask for Marina Miller at the front desk....she will be happy to make your favorite smoothie. On Friday, Jennifer Sytkowski Folts will be there from 12-3 to make your favorite smoothie!

Update from Coach Teri D! SHA........ZAM! Day 50 of the treadmill, personal development, better eating habits and RESULTS! Wow! Just imagine if I hadn't gotten started 50 days ago....50 days later, I would have been wishing I got started when I said I was going to. How about you? Were you saying you were going to start something with me 50 days ago and you didn't? Maybe it was to move more, to eat better, to drink more water, to quit smoking, to be kinder, etc. So, if you got started...then, great! But, if not....why not start today? Please don't waste another 50 days to be the best you can be! Let me know if you need a mentor to keep you accountable....I would be honored!
