Did you know the rotator cuff is made up for 4 muscles and each do a slightly different function for arm movement?

1️⃣ Supraspinatus
2️⃣ Infraspinatus
3️⃣ Teres Minor
4️⃣ Subscapularis

So many dysfunctions come from rotator cuff injury such as numbness/ tingling, aching burning, pinching, loss of strength, and mobility. 😔 🤕
