Welcome home to one of our newest moms and babies at Roots Recovery Housing in Memphis. 💛 A new journey of healing, recovery, and motherhood begins here, and we are honored to walk beside her.

We are currently in need of bath towels, washcloths, kitchen towels, and dishcloths. If you'd like to donate, please message us. Every act of kindness helps us create a safe and welcoming home.

Roots Retreat 2026… this is what healing & abundance look like 🌿My heart is full thinking about the beautiful women who showed up, the sponsors who made it possible, and every helping hand (retreat fairy) that created such a magical, powerful healing space. Three days unplugged, in the woods, reconnecting—with ourselves, each other, and something greater.
Now it’s time to rest, reflect, and gently re-enter the world… carrying the seeds we planted.
