I have been planning trips for a long time, it’s actually become a BIG passion of mine! From living on the road scouting out the best camping and hiking spots to traveling the world, planning girl’s trips, family trips and co-hosting women’s retreats that are rooted in healing, ceremony and sisterhood. I’ve realized over the years that I don’t plan trips the way most people do. As an energy healing practitioner, I’m always paying attention to flow. When we tend to rush, when to give ourselves time to rest and integrate, how much stimulation is too much…I love discovering the essence of how places feel and experiencing all a place has to offer that nourishes and replenishes you. I’ve learned to weave logistics with intuition to tailor the experience just for you!

What new seeds are you planting?

Every thought we return to is a seed.
Every belief we nurture becomes a pattern.
And every moment of awareness is a chance to plant something new.

We tend to wait for outer circumstances in our lives to change before we feel safe to choose differently. But creation doesn’t work that way. Change begins quietly, within, when we decide what we are willing to believe about ourselves, our lives, and what’s possible...if there are things you feel are holding you back or that you want to change, ask yourself:

What beliefs am I unconsciously feeding?

What inner stories feel outdated or limiting?

What new seeds feel aligned with who I’m becoming?

You don’t need certainty to plant new seeds.

🌑 Final New Moon Reset Ritual

A closing. A clearing. A conscious beginning.

This New Moon is less about becoming something new…
and more about releasing what you’ve outgrown so the next chapter can arrive with ease.

Before we rush into the next year, this lunation invites us to pause — to gently gather the lessons, shed the weight, and root ourselves in intention rather than momentum.

Here’s a simple Final New Moon Reset Ritual you can do tonight or anytime you feel called:

✨ What You’ll Need

A candle
A journal or piece of paper
A quiet moment (even five minutes is enough)

🌑 The Ritual

Light your candle and take three slow breaths, letting your body settle.

Place one hand on your heart, one on your belly, and ask:
What am I ready to release before stepping forward?

Write freely — habits, beliefs, relationships, expectations, or versions of yourself that no longer feel true.

When you’re finished, say (out loud or silently):
“I thank what has carried me this far, and I release what no longer needs to come with me.”

Close by writing one word you want to guide your next chapter (peace, trust, devotion, clarity, freedom).

Sit with that word. Let it anchor you.

This time of year has a way of pulling our energy in a thousand directions — expectations, obligations, emotions, and the quiet ache of things we haven’t slowed down long enough to feel.

But winter isn't a season of hustle, but an invitation....
to return inward, to ground, to soften, and to remember what actually sustains you.

At the end of the day, the only thing you ever have 100% ownership of is your energy — your time, your attention, your presence. 🌿

Everything else can shift, change, or be taken… but your energy is yours alone.
And that makes it sacred.

The truth is:

Our nervous system is the silent architect of our experience — it decides how safe, open, or connected we feel in the world.
When it’s balanced, we see clearly, breathe deeply, and move through life with ease.
When it’s overwhelmed, everything feels distorted — our thoughts race, our emotions spiral, and our sense of safety fades.

As John Ruskan shares in Emotional Clearing, healing begins when we stop trying to “fix” what we feel and instead allow it. When we bring awareness to the sensations in our body — without resistance or judgment — energy begins to move again. The nervous system softens, and emotional charge releases naturally.

Here are gentle ways to support your nervous system and bring yourself back into balance:

🌿 Notice without fixing. When emotions arise, feel them fully in the body without trying to change them. Awareness alone is transformative.

💨 Breathe consciously. Slow, deep breaths signal safety to the body — reminding it that it’s okay to relax.

☀️ Ground daily. Step outside, feel your feet on the earth

💧 Create stillness. Through meditation, journaling, or quiet time, give your system space to process and restore.

Your nervous system is not your enemy — it’s your most honest messenger.

The trees don’t fight the change — they don’t cling to their leaves or resist the turning of the season. They simply release. Each leaf, once vibrant and alive, gracefully returns to the earth, becoming nourishment for what’s yet to grow.

There’s a quiet wisdom in that. 🍂

Just as the trees shed what no longer serves them, we are also invited to let go — of habits, relationships, beliefs, or versions of ourselves that have run their course. The body feels this rhythm too — slowing, softening, craving rest and reflection.

Let the falling leaves remind you:
not every ending is a loss. Some are simply the making of space for something new to root and bloom again.
