When I tell you this helps tremendously with allergies I mean it! I get horrible allergies every year except this year. Welcome spring with me on the sand this Saturday, March 21st at 7:30 am for a sunrise sound bath! You’ll find me on the sand at 10th Ave south in Jax beach. Bring your warm blankets and an open heart. We are in the season in new beginnings.
