When’s the last time you took 5–10 minutes just for yourself? 🧘‍♀️

On a waterfall hike, I found a rock tucked between three cascading falls and gave myself that moment.

There’s something about nature, the rhythm of the water, the constant movement, the energy… it mirrors our breath. Steady, powerful, always there.

We don’t always need an hour-long practice. Sometimes just a few intentional minutes of breath can ground you, reset your nervous system, and give you the energy to keep going.

Your breath is always available. The pause is yours to choose.

found a hidden gem tucked inside old san juan, a quiet garden, a moment of stillness, and space to come back inward.

after a long day of travel, I felt inspired… so I followed it. led an energizing breathwork session right there in the middle of it all, and it shifted everything.

a reminder that breathwork isn’t just for slowing down, it can awaken you, energize you, and bring you back to yourself.

Such a meaningful evening at .salt.stone ✨

Grateful to be March’s speaker for , sharing the science of stress and breath, and how it shapes the way we think, feel, and connect. We explored the physiology of stress in the brain and body, and more importantly, how to work with it, through simple, evidence-based breathwork and nervous system regulation tools.

Stillness creates clarity.

Mindful Mondays at Maharlika are coming to a close for the season, and I have such deep gratitude. When the weather was cold, they generously opened their doors so we could gather, sip tea, breathe, reflect, and build something beautiful together.

I never expected the kind of community these Mondays would create. From the conversations to the meditations to the shared stillness, I am truly inspired by the Jacksonville community.🫶

As the sun comes back out, it is time to return to the beach. Beach yoga is on the horizon. Stay tuned.

Honored that The Collective Om guided a gentle breathwork yoga practice, ending with Reiki, at the Emerald Tea House. Grateful to share space where nervous systems soften and connection returns.

Beach Yoga is back!

Our sunset calm returns April 6 at 7:30 PM.

This is a gentle, slow flow designed to help you decompress and start your week grounded. No chaturangas. We’ll move up and down just once, keeping everything intentional and accessible.

We’ll begin with breathwork, then move through a flow fully aligned with the breath. Inhale, we open. Exhale, we soften. Every transition guided by your breath, drawing you back into your body.

We’ll close with meditation, with optional Reiki offered during savasana.

This is your space to regulate, release, and reset. A calm Monday. A softer start. A nervous system exhale.

I can’t wait to listen to the waves, soak in the views, and share the good energy together.
