The new Children’s Wing Addition for North Jacksonville Baptist Church is slated to begin construction by Q2 of 2025. We were asked to provide renderings for their final fundraising push. We worked with Studio Swaim to produce these. The project includes a new 12 classroom pre-school with courtyard playground and a new two-story indoor playground. The existing Children’s Wing will be renovated for new Adult Education and classrooms for K through 6th grade.
Fickling Construction is the builder. This has been a fun project to design. We look forward to the construction!

This animation was created to help our clients envision the additions to their fine classic Georgian home. The project is to create comfortable, casual outdoor living space. The Veranda features an outdoor fireplace and kitchen. The pool pavilion provides a shady place to lounge by the pool while keeping an eye on the kids.

We are finishing up construction on a new roof addition above the original terrace for this river-front home. My client is thrilled with the design as it gives much needed protection from the sun and it actually enhances the view of the river from inside the house. The whole house also got a new Ludowici white tile roof to restore the original Bermuda style look of the house. We replaced all of the windows facing the river as the exposure over the years had caused the windows to deteriorate and leak. This was a fun project for a great client!
