Fatherhood PRIDE celebrated Men's Health Week June 13-19th by hosting health screenings and scheduling wellness visits for men in conjunction with The Magnolia Project and Agape Family Health Center. Thanks to our partners, including THE PLAYERS Center for Child Health at Wolfson Children's Hospital and THE PLAYERS Championship!

On "Men's Day Monday," several of THE PLAYERS Red Coats and members of THE PLAYERS team went to the Magnolia East office to get a health screening to demonstrate their support of Men's Health Week and Fatherhood P.R.I.D.E.!

Our staff at each location also raised awareness for men's and boys' health issues by wearing blue to work on Friday, June 17th!
The first cohort of The Magnolia Project doulas completed their initial training last weekend! Once they are certified, the 13 community doulas will help provide critical support and advocacy for Magnolia Project moms prenatally and during delivery. We are excited to see the amazing work they will do, and are thankful to our training partners The Doula Network and BEAM Birth Network for preparing the doulas for their service!
Meet our The Magnolia Project primary care provider, Faith Snyder, AGNP-C, FNP-C!

My name is Faith Snyder. I am a certified Adult Gerontological Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner. I began my career as a registered nurse and graduated from Florida Community College nursing program in 2009. I then attended the University of Central Florida and received my Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree in 2011. My Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree was obtained at Florida A&M University in 2013. After working as an Adult Gerontological Nurse Practitioner for many years, I decided to become certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner also. I attended University of Boston Massachusetts Boston and graduated from that program in 2019. I am Mommy to 2 of the most amazing children, a boy, and a girl. I love my career and enjoy life. I have been with Agape Family Health Center/Magnolia Project for 1 year. I serve as one of the primary care providers.
