Spoiler alert…won’t be at this beautiful lake, but Yoga Den San Pablo has the softest floors. 🙃 Let’s release what no longer serves us one breath at a time 🙏

Connection & gratitude is so important. Connection & gratitude to ourselves, to those we love, to Mother Earth. Going home is always a reminder of how good it feels to be in the dirt, see where our food (really) comes from, and be around those we love most. Nothing beats eating broccoli straight from the garden and gathering fresh eggs from the chickens. Thanks mom and dad for always staying true to your roots, , sending us home with the freshest eggs, & fullest hearts. ❤️✨🙏

A little reminder to take a moment today to let go of worries and fear. Trust that you have what you need and have faith in what the universe has in store for you. Ground down, connect to the earth, take deep breaths, tune into what you’re feeling, and then LET 👏 IT 👏 GO 👏. Life is simply too short not to.

Practicing living as a “visitor” to this earth, rather than an “owner”. It’s a lesson I’m learning - to see what is available for us to use and enjoy without the need to own it, like this beautiful sunrise.
