Once upon a time, the three of these men would’ve been pounding beers together. Today, it’s dumbbells 🏋️‍♂️, not drinks . Arms day 💪, not bar day ❌. Gains over hangovers . Recovery is a lot more fun when you trade empty bottles for full plates. 😂🔥

“Every bottom has a trap door.” 🕳️ Addiction can feel like hitting rock bottom, but there’s always a way up.

After a lifelong battle, a chaotic year on the streets, and a courageous decision to seek long-term help, Jim has arrived. He chose Foundations of Freedom 🏛️ for his aftercare because he’s ready to build a new life. He’s here to find the tools to love himself 💙, love God, and love others.

We are honored to walk alongside Jim in this next chapter. This is his time! Welcome home, Jim 🏡. We are so glad you’re here.

Building bridges, breaking barriers. 🙌

Yesterday was a powerful day of collaboration! We had an incredible meeting with the team from to brainstorm how we can expand our reach and bring more hope to Jacksonville.

Together, we’re creating a seamless path to recovery—covering every step from inpatient care, to intensive outpatient (IOP), to the supportive sober living environment we provide at Foundations of Freedom.

Recovery isn’t a solo journey. It’s about community, partnership, and walking with people every step of the way. Grateful for partners who share this mission! 💪

🌟 A new chapter begins! 🌟
Meet Austin, who made the decision that his last time in jail would be his last. After attending his first Elevate Life service at Clay County Jail, he knew he wanted true freedom. He reached out to Foundations of Freedom, and within 5 days, we were able to bring him home. 🙌

Today, Austin begins the rest of his life surrounded by hope, support, and community. 💙

Last night at Foundations of Freedom we had the honor of hosting Hank Groff — author of The Manhood Frequency and founder of the TMF Warrior program. 🙌

Hank reminded us of a powerful truth: we attract what we are. He challenged every man in the room to cultivate character, faith, and purpose — the kind that draws strength and integrity into our lives. 💡

He also shared about his TMF Warrior brotherhood — a movement dedicated to helping men rise up, sharpen one another, and step fully into their God-given calling. 💪🔥

We’re deeply grateful for Hank’s wisdom, authenticity, and passion for equipping men to walk boldly in both manhood and faith. 🙏 What an incredible night!

“I just wanted the pain to stop.” 💔

Not long ago, this was Matt’s reality.
Homeless, addicted, and trapped in a cycle where he believed only prison or death awaited him.

But then — a moment of grace. 🙏🏻

“One day, walking out of the hospital, I was greeted by two men… I told them I would do anything to get clean. They took me to detox, and a few days later I came home to FOF. Genuine love from complete strangers is a different feeling…”

Today, Matt’s pain has been replaced with purpose. His journey is a powerful reminder that connection and compassion can break any cycle.
