I’m appreciating how Every Mother (EM) App approaches pelvic floor health a little differently.
It’s not just about strengthening. It’s about learning how the pelvic floor responds—how it supports, lengthens, and adapts in different positions and throughout movement.
There’s also a focus on relaxation, which is often overlooked, especially for women experiencing symptoms like prolapse or even constipation.
What I like most so far is that EM doesn’t keep you in one position—it begins to gently progress into real-life movement so your body can learn what to do when it actually matters.
