I love how God works and I love it when he says I don’t have to understand, my job is to be at peace!! Meeting Jesus on my mat helps me remember that truth and experience that peace.

Sometimes a lavender essential oil cool towel at the end of a practice can remind us of the refreshment of the fountain of livingwater ⛲️🧘‍♀️🙏❤️💦
