Did you know that the simple practice of gratitude can greatly change your current perspective on life. Try it, take a few moments to ask yourself what are 3 things in your life you are currently grateful for? Doing this practice every day for 21 days you’ll begin to notice a significant change in your thinking, and thus your perspective.

By practicing gratitude you become open to raising your consciousness and the frequency you emit into the world.

I’ll go first, I’ve found myself giving my energy away with the clutter I accept in my environment. It leaves me feeling grimy and dirty, but the overwhelming feeling of having to clean everything is where I still find myself blocked up.

This motor for me has always worked in spirts. A little here, a little more there. Yet, as the more I age I see the importance of consistency..

I desire to have a minimal environment, yet coming from knowing nothing but hoarding I’m still figuring out what my kind of minimalism actually looks like. Where am I sacrificing the things I desire through the clutter I accept?

Creating this environment change has been on my mind since my accident, I’ve just not felt motivated enough to complete the whole task. Whose to say I can’t work my way up and simply continue to show up?

Find yourself with more stress than peace?

Ask these questions for a simple reset.

1. Do you even have a mindfulness routine in place.

Mind you this can look as simple as a bubble bath or breathwork session.

2. Have you journaled about this situation?

Journaling allows us to release BIG feelings without sharing the energy with someone else.

3. How are you speaking to yourself internally?

If your inner dialogue is full of complaints and criticism, then adjusting it will help bring you into the present and out of that negative energy.

4. When was the last time you meditated?

meditation is a mindfulness practice that can bring piece amidst a storm. Within chaos, If you master the art of going within instead of reacting out, life becomes more in your control.
