Hi again – it’s been a while.
I took a step back to grow, realign, and rebuild – not just my brand, but myself. What’s new? A fresh perspective, a deeper purpose, and a whole lot of energy for what’s ahead.

I would like to introduce my brand, Happy Knees Fitness, LLC!

This was a really fun challenge for me! My client came to me with the goals of getting ready for the Coast Guard and the need to train for specific physical test scores. The goals were at least 15 push ups and 32 sit ups in under 60 seconds and a 15.26 min/sec 1.5 mile time. She came to me with zero exercise experience in July 2021 and let me know her target date to leave for bootcamp would be March 2022.

In the past 8 months since working with her, she put in work 6 days a week and she exceeded all of her goals! I was extremely impressed with her commitment to the program.

I am so proud to say I was her trainer and best of luck at bootcamp next week!

I wanted to share this client update and her progress. March 2020/2021/2022.

We have been working on her weight loss journey since March 2020. After the first year she lost over 60 lbs. The following year, she gained about half of it back. That's totally normal! Life happens! Now we are here moving into 2022, she is back on track and down another 25lbs and has gained more muscle, confidence, and energy!

Remember that the change will not happen overnight. Small changes everyday will add up to big changes over a lifetime that stick!
