Our Healthcare Center team is making Fitness Friday a thing! 🌅💪
After our Walk to End Alzheimer’s a few weeks ago, we realized just how great it felt to start the morning with movement — so now we’re doing a brisk one-mile walk around the lake every Friday. 🏞️🚶♀️🚶♂️
Fun fact: Even just normal-pace daily walking has been shown to improve executive function — things like decision-making, attention, and mental flexibility. That means a short Friday walk can actually sharpen your thinking, boost clarity, and give you extra energy for the rest of your workday.
