🔥 Clocked In, Cashed Out, and Classified Wrong — Were You Misclassified by Zaal / US Ghost Adventures?!?!?
After facing pressure to address only a small portion of ongoing legal concerns, Zaal Ventures (the parent company of US Ghost Adventures) made a calculated move: offer a partial payout while refusing to provide key records.....Why??!?! In my opinion.... this isn’t just about unpaid wages..... It’s about worker misclassification... retaliation..... and the lengths a company will go to avoid transparency......
Immediately after formal discovery requests were submitted.... Zaal attempted to unilaterally deposit $10,000 into my bank account....without any negotiation... without legal consent....and then moved to have the case dismissed.... claiming the matter had been resolved..... Meanwhile, they continued to withhold crucial documents that had been properly requested......
The timing??!?! Not a coincidence......

And now!?!? ? They’ve drawn backlash for launching ghost tours in Lahaina, where over 100 people lost their lives in one of the deadliest wildfires in U.S. history....
