💙✨ NAMI National’s 2025 survey reveals an important finding: while workers show support for their colleagues’ mental health, stigma remains when it comes to their own. This issue persists even in workplaces with over 100 employees across various industries.

At NAMI Miami-Dade, we’re working to change this with our upcoming Stigma-Free Workplace program. Our goal is to help organizations create environments where mental health is openly discussed, supported, and prioritized—ensuring that employees feel safe seeking help without fear of judgment.
