🌈✨ INTRODUCING: Josie’s Wind Chimes of Hope ✨🌈
A beautiful new DSNOCC project honoring a precious life and bringing comfort to families who need it most.

Many of you already know and love the Spahic family. Their daughter, Josie Quinn, touched countless hearts with her strength, her spirit, and her story.
In her memory, DSNOCC is honored to help carry her light forward through an initiative created by her mom, Sarah Spahic.

💛 What Is Josie’s Wind Chimes of Hope?

This project provides memorial wind chimes to families who have lost a baby under the age of one with Down syndrome.

Each wind chime is gifted with love —
a gentle reminder that their baby’s life mattered,
their name will be spoken,
and their family is not alone.

These chimes become lasting symbols of love, connection, and hope, ensuring that every child’s impact continues to echo in the hearts of all who loved them.

This is Sarah’s heart and Josie’s legacy… and now it becomes part of ours as a DSNOCC family. 💛

Her dedication to honoring her daughter Josie through Josie’s Wind Chimes of Hope has created a beautiful space of connection and support within our community. Sarah is also a special education teacher. She brings so much knowledge to our board. 💛🌷

As a board member, Sarah is committed to helping DSNOCC grow, strengthen resources, and continue building a community where every individual with Down syndrome is supported and celebrated. 💙
