Passing the DMV's written exam does not mean you are a great and safe driver! Passing the actual Driving Exam just means you've practiced what's on the test. We learn through experience and at first we PRACTICE, in a controlled environment using as easy-to-drive POS-car so we can focus on one thing at a time with an experienced driver providing positive feedback at all times. One Day, you will be driving all on your own, to destinations you decide, and you will still be learning; NOT how to drive your car, but how you choose to live your life! What you want to achieve is forged and crafted: You must become that version of yourself that has the autonomous habits to support and perpetuate your desired outcome. You can't just be you, dressed up as a superhero during Halloween and expect to be flying around 20 pounds lighter while the rest of the world struggles to start New Years Resolutions. When the costume comes off - you are back to you, and, nothing has really changed.

I help busy working men who can afford 10-20 minute daily practice focus in on those simple tasks that become a habit that will propel them forward toward their ultimate goal. I use a scientifically based curriculum and individualize the program for those practices you can and already want to do. “A watched floor doesn’t dry - DYK: the recommended agent for daily cleaning of rubber mats should have a neutral ph. Otherwise the residue will attract micro dust which collects into larger dirt and debris … dirt + liquid + oils = grimy biological = yuck- this gym is certifiably Clean , Organized, and Sanitized!
