After years of researching the dangers of metals in wicks, phthalate filled fragrance oils, dyes, and paraffin wax, we became concerned about the multitude of big name candles burning in our house. Was there a solution available that could eliminate the health dangers while still delivering strong, delicious scent? This is how Simply Scented Candle was born. Starting as a passion project to de-toxify our own home and decrease our intake of harmful toxins-we have now decided to share what we have learned in the form of our products, with you! A truly small scale operation, we hand pour each candle and melt pack to order, in our home. Our products are made with love and the highest attention to detail with a strong wax to scent ratio. We use organic soy wax, metal-free wicks, absolutely no fillers or dyes, and pure essential oils and custom non-phthalate fragrance oil blends for the absolute most powerful smell. We are proof that you do not have to sacrifice your health for your home to smell delicious! We are located in Jacksonville, Fl. We deliver free of charge within a 15 mile radius of the 32205 area code. We ship within the continental United States. We are capable of handling large orders and welcome any and all custom orders. Hi Friends!

Picture this- it’s a Friday night in the late 90’s, there’s a chill in the air and you’re heading out with all your friends to a football game, or maybe a bonfire, perhaps a trip to the local spooky corn maze. Along with the chill in the air is a thrill of anticipation. For the summer heat retreating, the holidays to come, the weekend spreading out with possibility in front of you. When remembering those who gave their lives trying to make the United States, and the world, better for all of the rest of us, let us not forget their mission. As hard as it is to live by, it is true that only love can really combat hate.
It seems as humans we are destined to always live in turbulent times, or at best in between catastrophes. At Simply Scented Candles we like to hope it doesn’t always have to be like this. We have a much brighter future as a race (human) if we look to support and uplift one another and got to know those people and cultures, seemingly, most different from ourselves. In doing so we discover that we are not really that different.
One thing we all surely have in common is that we are, each and every one of us, unique and deserving of the same rights and opportunities as the next person.
America lost a very important voice when King was assassinated on April 4, 1968 at the age of 39. His offense was wanting better for the marginalized.

We are proof that you do not have to sacrifice your health in order for your home to smell delicious! We are located in the Jacksonville, Florida area. We deliver free of charge locally with a $50 minimum purchase. We ship within the continental United States. We are capable of handling large wholesale orders and welcome any and all custom orders.
