The Community Wellness Hub, set to open on May 6, 2026, in a renovated house, will serve as a vital resource for veterans, senior citizens, and local residents seeking to improve their well-being. This collaborative space will host area partners and include the Baby Luv Resource Center, a veterans resource center, mental health counseling services, and various other supportive resources. By providing comprehensive assistance tailored to maternal and child health and the broader community’s needs, the Wellness Hub aims to enhance the lives of all who seek its services.

🌟 Exciting times at Community Health Outreach! 🌟 We're thrilled to highlight this past year, the incredible partnerships we've built with local churches, businesses, volunteers and dedicated sponsors who share our vision of health and wellness. Together, we've been busy on our campus, serving our community by feeding the hungry, caring for the sick, addressing dental concerns, and providing vital preventative care. With your support, our medical, dental, food pantry, and baby resource programs are thriving, making a real difference in the lives of those in need. Thank you for believing in our mission! 💙

Our Winter veggies at the Just Food Community Garden are the best 😃.

Collard greens, Bok choy and Broccolini served during our Wednesday Pantry. Our Cabbage is still growing.
