October 1! We made it yall. We dang done did it! So- as I stated before, I held off on weighing until the 1st of the month! I decided to weigh yesterday since I wouldn't be at my house this morning and then I took measurements this morning. I. AM. Shook.

2 weeks. 2. DANG. WEEKS.

YALL READY?!

8 pounds and 10.75 inches in 2 FREAKIN WEEKS!

Yall know I've been working my b***y off. Literally. I focused in on nutrition and this is the result after just 2 weeks. We aren't stopping any time soon and will only go harder. I'm so excited. We're doing it ! Yall better get in on the action! If you want to work, she's your go to!

GOAAAAAALSSSS COMING THROUGHHHHH! SO. DANG. EXCITED. A 1 month difference and I've only been back on my nutrition for a little less than 2 weeks. It's amazing what can happen when you are with the right trainer who is CONSTANTLY supporting and pushing you. I can't even wait until we are 2 months out and 3 and 4! 👏🏻👏🏻 I absolutely see the difference in my midsection and belly. We doing the dang thing again yall. It feels good this time. 💁🏻‍♀️ . . .

Little update: We are really working lately. Like... Big time. It's so motivating! Seeing what you're body can do is amazing. I am so proud of myself for getting through a week with no cheats! NONE. Yall... We even celebrated Tyler's brother's birthday on Saturday and they had a full blown white chocolate and strawberry cake. One of my FAVES. I DIDNT HAVE A SINGLE BITE. While normally I wouldn't mind to have a bite and count the cals, I feel too weak right now to give in just a little bit. I'd rather wait until I'm more disciplined with more self control. That's just me though. We even went out to eat Sunday and I stayed on track. Chili's side salad and grilled chicken Fajitas. 🤤YUM. It's been a long time since I've gone an entire week completely on track so I'm very excited. I was going to weigh this week, but I think I'm going to wait until the 1st then weigh the 1st of every month or at least no less than every 2 weeks. I got VERY obsessive with the scale last time I was on a journey to the point I was weighing in the morning and night and I just don't want to be like that. It's not healthy. I'm loving what I'm feeling and seeing on both the mental side and physical side. While there aren't major significant physical changes yet, Im seeing it in workouts and getting so much stronger. Yall already know I love heavy weights. 😂 Anyway- that's my current update. I'll update you all again soon probably one more time before the 1st with my *hopeful* weight loss update. Until then, I'll keep grinding!

Happy Sunday everyone! I got to sleep in today! Woop Woop! I had a great workout with this morning! I'm surprised my heart rate wasn't higher than it was because I was pouring sweat. However, I did take alot of breaks because my back was KILLING me. I woke up feeling better than yesterday, but after the first or second round, it was creeping up on me big time. 😩 It's all good though. Still an amazing workout and sweet sesh. It's 1:50pm here though, and I STILL haven't eaten. I'm about to go make something now and probably grab a coffee on the way to my bf's house. 😂 Def on track again today though! 👏🏻 Ready for a great week especially since my babies come back home tomorrow! 😍 I miss them like crazy!!!!! Anyway, I hope everyone has a great rest of the day! ❤️ . . .

I'm alive. :) Quick lil update: I stayed on track yesterday. My food log is above for yesterday. Today, not at all. I splurged today since we had a full day. I went over by about 500 calories today. I haven't added everything in yet. I didn't workout today either. However, I planned to get up this morning and do that but my back was hurting SO bad. I sat down and took it easy for the majority of the day even with our full day. It was just that we went to my bf's sister's house for a birthday party, but I took it easy. I even shaved my legs this morning, and it hurt so bad trying to lean over for that. So. No. I didn't workout today, and I was actually quite nervous to do so. So I fell off 75 Hard today. Tomorrow is a new day though. It's all good. I have a workout with Koach Russ tomorrow, and hopefully my back feels better. I've been dosed up on Advil to help with it today. So yeah. There's your update. :) Back on tomorrow. ❤️ . . .

I done did it. Stayed on track with food. Got over a gallon of water in. Did 2 workouts. Neither outside but I already told yall how it's gonna be. Lol. Read my pages. Almost died. All of the above. 😂 I was the only one at Xtreme Hip Hop Step class with nene and she worked me. Haha. It was nice to get more of a breakdown though and really learn some of the steps! Some of them get tricky yall. Lol. We finished that one and then 5 minutes later, Zumba started with my girls! My legs were NOT having it. 😂😂 Don't ask me to move tomorrow. Just saying. 🤷🏻‍♀️ It was a solid day though. Aside from all of that, I got bullied into doing a Fitvibe workout with on Sunday. I just dont understand why he gotta be like that. Lol. Anyway- twas a great day everyone! . . .
