One day at work, I was suddenly overwhelmed by panic attacks. I didn’t know what was happening, but I knew something was off. It turns out, my body was trying to tell me there was unresolved trauma that needed my attention.

This experience made me realize how often mental health issues go unnoticed, especially in the workplace. We often dismiss signs like constant exhaustion, difficulty concentrating, or feeling disconnected, but these are clear indicators that something deeper is going on.

That’s why I founded Kaiwa Cares. I wanted to create a space where people facing trauma and mental health challenges can find the support they need. Through my own journey of healing, I learned that prioritizing mental health isn’t just good for individuals—it’s crucial for the health of our entire community.

At Kaiwa Cares, we’re dedicated to making mental health a priority, not just a side note. It’s time to start the conversation and make sure it continues.
