S.T. Skinner, DVM, PA Dr. Sarah Skinner - Mobile Veterinarian Dr. Skinner is a native of Jacksonville, Florida.

She graduated from Hollins University with a degree in Biology and from the University of Georgia with a Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine in 1985. She has been in private practice since that time and mobile practice for 15 years. She is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, American Association of Feline Practitioners, Florida Veterinary Medical Association, VIN – Veterinary Inf

ormation Network, and the Jacksonville Veterinary Medical Association. She has three children, Betsy, Walker and Billy and two horses, four dogs, three cats and eight chickens. She is on the board and volunteers her time with a local non-profit mobile spay/neuter hospital – River City Community Animal Hospital.
