So what happens when you drink 2 juices a day for 7 days?

I just did it… lemme tell you.

I wasn’t ready to give up my eating habits yet. But I still wanted to nourish my body.

So I added 2 juices a day. That’s it. I still ate.

My stomach aches didn’t come back.
I had energy throughout the day.
My skin cleared up.

This past week I slipped back into some of my old eating habits after celebrating my birthday, then my sons, AND my dads all in 1 week….and my body let me know REAL quick 😅

Joint pain, bloating, low energy, just feeling off…

You don’t always need a perfect routine to take care of your body.

Most mornings I start with a few stretches, but instead of following a strict sequence, I tune into what my body is asking for that day.

Sometimes that means opening my rib cage so my breath can get deeper without forcing it.

Sometimes my sciatic starts talking to me again and I might have to move over and strengthen and stretch my hips.

Sometimes it’s as simple as massaging my feet because I can feel tension there too.

Oh and the red light helps lower inflammation, improve blood circulation, a whole host of things- while also not blinding me first thing in the morning.

Somatic practice is really about listening and responding.

These are some of the practices I teach in my wellness classes.
