As a single mother (with no support-'let's not talk about that), a full time nursing student (Bachelors program), and work as a tech in a children's hospital, my budget is VERY LIMITED. Raising money was the only way we can send her on a trip she has wanted to attend and hopefully subsidize some of my expenses from school where my loans are barely covering.
