Ida – Assistant & Tech Lead
Whether it’s troubleshooting hearing aids or supporting patients with a smile, Ida keeps our clinic running smoothly. She’s the tech guru behind the scenes and Summer’s right-hand woman.

Leslie – Office Manager & Claims Extraordinaire
Leslie handles all things paperwork, insurance, scheduling—and yes, all of our daily chaos—with grace and a good sense of humor. She’s the glue that holds everything together!
