Reposted from I made Sadie's food for the first time last week!

I picked up a pack of 5 leg quarters from Kroger along with one sweet potato, 2 carrots, one bunch of spinach, a 1lb bag of brown rice, and a pack of peas. All for around $10. I separated the batch into two containers and froze one as soon as it cooled.

The first container lasted a week but she's growing fast and eating more and more so I expect a batch this size to last about 7-10 days when mixed with puppy kibble.

Last night I had the opportunity to do something I've been wanting to do for a long time....

Stargazing! ⭐🌟🌠💫 Houston held this awesome event at the conservatory where guided us across the night sky.

It was amazing.
We saw:
The Moon
Jupiter
Saturn
Venus
The Ring Nebula
The Andromeda Galaxy
The Pleiades
Cassiopea
Satellites
A beautiful sunset
and more....

We also learned about Ibn Battuta, an African explorer that has a moon crater named after him!

I enjoyed this so much and WILL be back for more! Thanks to all of our hosts and guides.
