Class Descriptions

Barre – A full-body toning class combining ballet-inspired moves with pilates and strength training.
Cardio Dance – A fun, high-energy dance workout that gets your heart pumping and body moving.
Deep Buti – A tribal-inspired fusion of yoga, dance, and deep core toning designed to empower and energize.
Meditation – A guided evening meditation session focused on relaxation, breath, and inner peace with Linda.
