When you say you "should," do something, you automatically give yourself an out. Think about the difference behind these
two statements: "I should work out tomorrow morning." "I must
work out tomorrow morning." As Anthony Robbins says, “after a
while you end up shoulding all over yourself.”

Your Monday Motivation challenge is to change your inner dialogue from "should" to "must." Before you fall asleep at night, think of what you want to get accomplished the next day.
Say to yourself, "I must... I must... I must..."
