Adison had fun playing with our yoga puzzle and working through the poses in the flow she made... we were all SUPER impressed by her !!!

“Got a cramp? Go to the Kat at RTB Fitness. Ow. No more cramp.” My daughter made me a flyer for my yoga classes, I like it! Come try out my yoga class Thursdays at 7:30pm at !! All skill levels welcome, blocks and chairs available for those who need support through poses. $15 per student, I accept Venmo and cash.
