We recently experienced a system issue that caused some past statements to be sent out all at once. As a result, some statements may not reflect our typical billing cycle, be labeled as a “3rd statement,” or reference collections.

We recognize that these statements may not accurately reflect your current account status. If you have already paid your bill, thank you, and please disregard any duplicate statements.

For unpaid statements, you can pay in person or by using the online bill pay feature on our website. It’s important to note that your statement number may not be recognized when using online bill pay, as these statements were manually processed. You can still make a payment online by selecting “Don’t have a statement?” and following the prompts.

Future statements will reflect updated and accurate information.

Newton County Family Practice will be closed Monday, December 29th through Friday, January 2nd.

We will resume normal business hours on Monday, January 5th at 8:00 A.M.

If you need to be seen while our office is closed, Urgent Care at the MED Plaza will be open this week with adjusted hours and is available to care for you.
