Example. 40 yr old max heart rate is 180.
Zone 2 is 90-108 beats per minute.

- 🩹Why this matters. Any inflammation, new onset of pain with change in activities or due to injury, is going to respond better to your bodies own abilities to heal opposed to NSAIDs. 🩹
