This is a lesson plan for a “Changing Negatives into Positives” group. This is one of 48 lessons. When group members start answering these questions they collectively start seeing how their thoughts are connected to their feelings. It really gets exciting when they acutely acknowledge that some of their negative thoughts were not correct. When thoughts are negative and incorrect the feeling is incorrectly based on the thought. Correct the thought and the proceeding feeling will be rational and often pleasant or at tolerable. Please like this if you felt it was helpful.
