WHAT. A. YEAR. Wow…just like that Yoga Flow has been open for a year. That was fast. What a wild ride. It’s one I wouldn’t trade for anything. Just like yoga, owning a business is quite a journey. It’s one that requires me to give myself so much grace an space. There’s so much to learn. So many places to grow. So many places to go.

Thank you so much for all of the support. Whether you are watching from afar, or coming to the studio regularly, it means the world!

Thank you for sharing your energy, your love, and a piece of your life with me. Thank you for coming on this journey with me. Thank you for constantly lifting me i up!

I am filled with so much gratitude and ready to take on Year 2 with all of you!

Just a couple quick things:
Your first class is FREE! I would love to see you on your mat. I have them here for your to borrow!
Class passes do have expiration dates: 5 Class passes expire after 60 days, 10 Class passes after 6 months, and 20 & 30 Class passes after a year. If you haven’t seen 10, 20, & 30 class passes are on sale! Price is already reflected on Mindbody!

Come join the fun! We have a great community, we would love for you to bring your friends and join a class with us!
