I will bring my massage chair to the Festival of Healing Pop-UP event at the Sanctuary of Eternal Truth this Saturday, December 13 from 11-4. I'm excited to expand my skills in Columbia, South Carolina with a Fascial-Pelvis class. As I work with more clients, I'm consistently amazed by the profound impact that pelvic bone alignment has on overall well-being. This class will reinforce my existing knowledge and provide new tools to help restore balance and harmony to the foundation of the upper body. Myofascial Release is one of many tools that bring peace to the mind - by finding peace, balance and pain relief in the body. There is an emotional element to the pain you experience each day. There are holding patterns in the body (muscles), mind (inability to reconcile your thoughts due to pain) and spirit (unrecognized grief or trauma) that can cause a 'shut down.' Don't shut down. Try myofascial release to shift what is stuck into motion.
